We’re planning to hit the road tomorrow and head on up to Philly, but THERE’S SNOW. Tons of freaking snow. If they get the roads clear we’ll still go up, or wait till Saturday morning, but it’s supposed to snow more Friday night so…
It’s times like these, it’s nice we’re our own bosses.
If we do go up, there’s a small issue with appropriate winter wear. My kids don’t own snow boots, or snow pants, or gloves. The gloves they had and we’ve lost all of them. We were managing to make some miss matched pairs for a bit, but even those have been lost. Snow boots and pants not a thing in the South. The kids will wear them approximately .5 times a year on average. But if we’re up at Nana’s house, and there is sooo much snow you can measure it in FEET, then we are ill equipped to play.
So I’m overnighting snow gear to my mother’s house. Amazon Prime baby, making impulse purchases even more easy to justify.
